POSTAL DELIVERY
All UK bound items are shipped by 1st class mail with Royal Mail.

RETURNS
We cannot accept return of personalised items unless there is a fault with the personalisation or the item arrive damaged.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, we are sorry and would be glad to replace it. So we can quickly send a replacement gift, please send a photo of the damaged item along with the order number.
