If the topper arrives damaged, we understand this can be quite upsetting. We will do everything in our power to rectify the issue swiftly. So we can quickly send you a replacement topper, please email us a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours after receiving it.

If the topper arrives with incorrect personalisation, we will send a replacement with the correct personalisation. So we can quickly send a replacement, please email us a photo of the topper with the incorrect personalisation.

For all personalised cake toppers, if items arrive undamaged with the correct personalisation, we do not accept returns. This is because they are personalised and as such cannot be resold.
